We engaged Mr. Imran as our ID to manage our HDB resale renovation. He is a very responsible ID and promptly replies to our concerns and inquiries. He gave us recommendations on the designs and also came on-site to give us advice. Timeline to renovate was around 3 months due to CNY and some material delay. Rest assured that we can do progressive payment options as well upon different stages of the renovation. Definitely recommend
